At bauma 2013, Guntert & Zimmerman is introducing EGON: Equipment Guidance and Operation Network for its concrete pavers. G&Z calls it a "Next Generation Plus+1 Operator Control System" that simplifies paver operation, onboard and remote monitoring, and diagnostic ability.
The Bid-Well LED light package is an light system for the full line of Terex Bid-Well concrete bridge, flatwork, highway, airport and canal pavers as well as powered work bridges and texture/curing machines. The integrated light system is powered by the machine's engine.
GOMACO’s new T/C-5600 texture/cure machine, unveiled at 2013 World of Concrete, is a four-track machine capable of widths up to 56 ft. Ninety-degree track-turn capability allows easy width changes and easy transport. With a new walking end, frame sections can be added or removed by turning the machine’s tracks 90 degrees and walking the end car and attached cure tank to the required width. Frame inserts are available in 4-ft., 8-ft., and 12-ft. lengths.

Wirtgen SP 80i Series Slipform Concrete Pavers
Product From Wirtgen AmericaWirtgen introduced its first full-lane-width concrete slipform paver for North America, the SP 80i, at World of Concrete 2013. It was set up for its maximum paving width of 26 ft. but the modular design allows it to be configured in many ways, including as an offset SP 81i for large sections, or as an inset paver with two tracks (SP 82i) or four tracks (SP 84i). AutoPilot -- a user-friendly, cost-effective stringless control system -- can be used with the SP 81i offset machine, as well as with the Wirtgen SP 15 and SP 25 concrete slipform pavers.
